| BENIFITS Short and Long Term Disability, along with life insurance is required by all full time employees at a minimal expense to the employee. Medical and dental insurance is available to all full time employees. The fees will be discussed with you prior to your effective date. A full time employee is anyone working 40 hours or more. All insurance has a 60 day wait period which is effective the 1st of the following month. |
