   BENIFITS

Short and Long Term Disability, along with life insurance is required by all full time employees at a minimal expense to the employee.  Medical and dental insurance is available to all full time employees.  The fees will be discussed with you prior to your effective date.    A full time employee is anyone working 40 hours or more.  All insurance has a 60 day wait period which is effective the 1st of the following month.
We offer a 401K plan for full time employees.  The employee is eligible after working for the company for 90 days.  We offer four enrollment dates; after the 90 days, it is the next available enrollment date. Enrollment dates are Jan. 1st, April 1st,  July 1st and October 1st.  Currently our program matches .50 cents for every $1.00 contributed, up to 5% of your salary.
